今朝は、朝一から駅前のアトレまで行きました。
This morning, I went to Atle in front of the station before doing anything.
お目当ては、タカキベーカリーのパン。
What I wanted to buy was bread from Takaki Bakery.
通常、近所のこだわりパン屋や、成城石井や、セブンイレブンで、食べられるパンを買っています。
最近、気に入っているのが、タカキベーカリーのパン。
普通のスーパーに置いているのがミソ。まあ若干こだわり系のスーパーでしょうか。
お値段は、成城石井程度。。。まあセブンイレブンよりは高いですね。
けれども材料の良さから想像できるように、味がいいのですよ。
ブログに書くのに、ちょっとホームページをのぞいて見ると、なるほど、こだわっているのね。イーストフードや乳化剤不使用を結構うたってる。
Usually, I buy bread from the neighborhood bakery, Seijo Ishii or 7-Eleven.
Lately, I've been loving the bread from Takaki Bakery.
The fact that they sell in a regular supermarket is a good point.
The price is about the same as that of SEIJO ISHII. Yes, it's more expensive than 7-Eleven. But as you can imagine from the quality of the ingredients, the taste is great.
To talk about the bread today I took a look at their website. I found that they are very particular about what they make. They pretty much tout the fact that they are yeast food and emulsifier free.
一度に数枚しか食べないものだから、味優先で買っています。近くにあると思うので、お試しください。
It's something I only eat a few pieces at a time, so I buy them on a taste priority basis. I'm sure there's one near you, so give it a try!
